To deliver the highest quality products and services to our customers, IEEKER's factory features a Class 100,000 cleanroom production facility equipped with imported Panasonic high-speed dual-track SMT lines. Our capabilities include fully automated solder paste printers, nitrogen reflow ovens, wave soldering machines, AOI, SPI, X-RAY inspection systems, intelligent first-piece inspection devices, smart solder paste management cabinets, fully automated depaneling machines, automatic conformal coating application, a laser engraver, and a BGA rework station. These are complemented by an MES intelligent management system, an intelligent warehousing system, an ERP system, and an electrostatic management system.
Comprehensive quality control includes incoming material inspection, pre-assembly desoldering, solder paste printing verification, inline AOI, first article inspection, X-RAY sampling, IPQC patrol checks, and QA final shipment inspection. Real-time, all-around electrostatic protection monitoring eliminates all potential quality risks.
