En caso de funcionamiento defectuoso del producto, los clientes pueden hacer uso de los servicios de garant\u00eda presentando una prueba v\u00e1lida de compra y la tarjeta de garant\u00eda.<br \/>2. En el plazo de un a\u00f1o a partir de la fecha real de recepci\u00f3n (a partir de la fecha de compra), el producto est\u00e1 cubierto por la garant\u00eda, excluidos los componentes no cubiertos por la misma. Los accesorios modulares tienen una garant\u00eda de tres meses.<br \/>3. Para aver\u00edas del producto que se produzcan una vez expirado el periodo de garant\u00eda, Ekeler ofrece servicios de reparaci\u00f3n de pago. P\u00f3ngase en contacto con Ekeler para obtener asistencia; los cargos se determinar\u00e1n caso por caso. No se realizar\u00e1n reparaciones si los da\u00f1os son graves, las piezas est\u00e1n descatalogadas u otros factores incontrolables imposibilitan la reparaci\u00f3n.<br \/>4. Para las reparaciones pagadas fuera de garant\u00eda, se aplica una garant\u00eda de 90 d\u00edas tras la resoluci\u00f3n del fallo. 5. El pago solo se acepta a trav\u00e9s de las cuentas designadas.<br \/>Nota: El periodo de garant\u00eda de 90 d\u00edas s\u00f3lo se aplica a la reaparici\u00f3n de la aver\u00eda original. (Se aplican exclusiones).<br \/>5. Si su producto adquirido requiere reparaci\u00f3n o inspecci\u00f3n, por favor haga una copia de seguridad de todos los datos relevantes almacenados en el dispositivo con prontitud. Yiker no se hace responsable de las p\u00e9rdidas resultantes de la p\u00e9rdida de datos.<br \/>6. Los gastos de env\u00edo durante el periodo de garant\u00eda ser\u00e1n compartidos a partes iguales por ambas partes. Yiker puede proporcionar servicios de reparaci\u00f3n de pago. Tenga en cuenta:<br \/>1. Productos fuera del periodo de garant\u00eda.<br \/>2. Componentes sin garant\u00eda: CPU, chips de memoria, Flash.<br \/>3. Productos con da\u00f1os f\u00edsicos como quemaduras o grietas en la placa de circuito impreso debido a un uso inadecuado.<br \/>4. Productos cuyo \"c\u00f3digo de barras o marca de identificaci\u00f3n de f\u00e1brica\" haya sido alterado, cubierto, perdido o hecho inidentificable.<br \/>5. Productos cuyo \"c\u00f3digo de barras o marca de identificaci\u00f3n de f\u00e1brica\" en el recibo de compra no coincide con el propio producto.<br \/>6. Problemas de calidad del producto derivados de reparaciones no autorizadas, uso indebido, golpes, negligencia, abuso, entrada de l\u00edquidos, accidentes, modificaciones o incumplimiento del manual de instrucciones; o productos con c\u00f3digos de barras\/marcas de f\u00e1brica rasgados o alterados.<br \/>7. Da\u00f1os causados por fuerza mayor.<br \/>8.
